Is Chip Kelly the new Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach? According to KGW.com the Buccaneers and Kelly are close to a deal that would make him the new head coach. What has Kelly done in college to think he would make a good NFL head coach? Would he run the same offense he does at Oregon? Would that style even work in the NFL?
Profootballtalk.com brings up a good point about how schools could use this rumor against Oregon when talking to recruits. This could kill the Ducks class so close to signing day. If Kelly does leave Oregon for the NFL, this would be a major blow to the University and its football team.

If this does happen, I put $50 on Bellotti coming back. Bellotti never wanted to retire, he just knew the program needed Chip Kelley. The only way yo keep Chip from leaving was for Bellotti to leave.I don’t want to lose Chip, but I would be ok if Bellotti came back.
