The Seattle Seahawks could be in the market for a veteran linebacker since David Hawthorne signed with the Saints yesterday. London Fletcher is still on the market and would be a great fit for the Seahawks.
The current Seahawks linebackers consists of three 2nd year players in Michael Morgan, K.J Wright and Malcom Smith. All three players are talented, but very young and inexperienced. Fletcher would be able to come in and stabilize this position with his experience.
If Fletcher was OK with signing a one year contract, the Seahawks would be foolish to pass on Fletcher and his ability to mentor such a young group of players.
