If the Philadelphia Eagles are thinking about making a trade for Redskins defensive linemen Albert Haynesworth they would be smart to stay away and look else where to fill their D line needs.
Eagles 2nd year general manager Howie Roseman is looking to make big moves this year in free agency and trades when the CBA situation gets resolved. Roseman wants to make a name for him self by acquiring big names. He might just do that if he brings in Haynesworth, but I can guarantee that bringing Haynesworth might put Roseman on the hot seat quick.
The Redskins made the mistake of giving Haynesworth a huge amount of money at the front of his contract. By doing this Haynesworth became lazy and limited himself to only playing in certain situations. Both his effort and attitude became poor after hitting the jack pot.
I am not sure if the Eagles want to bring in somebody like this. Having a cancer in the locker room is not a good thing. People say that Terrell Owens is a cancer, but at least he plays hard and will give you everything he has on the field. You cant say the same thing about Haynesworth.
If the Eagles bring in Haynesworth they will be kicking themselves mid season when the only stories coming out of Eagles headquarters are about Haynesworth and his bad attitude.
