Colts say they plan to resign Robert Mathis and Pierre Garcon

Colts owner Jim Irsay says the organization will make resigning defensive end Robert Mathis and wide receiver Pierre Garcon a top priority.  The Colts might have to use the franchise tag on Mathis if they can’t come up with a long term deal.  Since the Colts will most likely let Reggie Wayne walk in free agency, signing Garcon should be a top priority for the Colts.  Whoever the quarterback is for the Colts in 2012 will need receivers to throw too.
