According to Jason La Canfora the Ravens have signed Bryant McKinnie to play left tackle.  Mckinnie was cut by the Vikings at the start of training camp because he showed up out of shape and the Vikings didn't want to pay him.  By adding McKinnie the Ravens can now move Michael Oher back to right tackle. Is Sidney Rice worth elite receiver money? Did the Minnesota Vikings reach with their first round pick of Florida State’s Christian Ponder?  I am not saying that Ponder won’t be a decent NFL quarterback, but using the 12th overall pick on Ponder was a reach.  The Vikings could have found a trade partner and moved back in the first round and still gotten Ponder. I just read on Profootballtalk.com that the Minnesota Vikings just released Randy Moss.   This is another bone head move by the Vikings to just release Moss after they just traded for him a few weeks ago.    Was Moss that much of a distraction for the team?   After yesterdays press conference you could tell that Moss was unhappy in Minnesota and probably regretted wanting to leave New England. Why do some coaches have double standards for certain players?  Brad Childress has certainly shown double side by calling out running back Adrian Peterson for not showing up to the Vikings off season workouts.
