If your the Chicago Bears why would you hire Tim Ruskell to be your new general manager?  Why would the Bears fire Jerry Angelo only to hire one of his lieutenants; a guy who was ran out of Seattle for his terrible personal decisions. Chicago Bears defensive end Julius Peppers tore his MCL in Monday nights game against the Detroit Lions.  The Bears are hoping Peppers will be able to play in week 6 against the Vikings, but there is some doubt he'll be able to go.  In 2007 Peppers missed the last 2 games of the season with a torn MCL.
