Is Texas Longhorn head coach Mack Brown retiring after this weekend's game against Baylor? Jake Lebahn of 580 WIBW has heard from sources that Brown will retire after the game. This would huge loss for both the University of Texas and for college football. When Oklahoma played Texas this Saturday I was not impressed with either team. The Sooners Defense played well for the fact that Sam Bradford got hurt in the 2nd series of the game so the offense was mostly 3 and out so the defense was on the field a lot. The Texas Long horns offense did not look like a team that could score when they wanted too. In the first half they looked horrible, but 2nd half they started to make adjustments and moved the ball. Even though the Texas Longhorns have not lost a game this year and are ranked #2 in most polls you don't hear much about them. They should get more attention this week though has they are playing in the Red River Shootout against the Oklahoma Sooners. The Longhorns Quarterback Colt McCoy has done a great job staying off the Heisman Radar, but he has played big.
