June Jones been off the major college football radar for the last couple years while coaching at SMU but that is about to change.  Jones will be named the new head football coach at Arizona State according to CBSSports.com.  Jones has been at SMU for the last 4 years.  Jones is best known for his time at the University of Hawaii where the took the Rainbows to the Sugar Bowl in 2007. The Arizona State Sun Devils have offered Kevin Sumlin the head football coaching job according to Doug Haller of the Arizona Republic.  Sumlin is still officially the head coach at Houston which is playing in the Conference USA Championship game this weekend.  The Cougars are undefeated and if they win Saturday, they should be in position for an art large BCS Bowl bid.
